Some of the staff were very nice & helpful. We stayed in 2 rooms & the 2nd one was especially nice. Seemed quite good value compared to many.
Tv had no English speaking channels. Restaurant seemed expensive for what it was & our "sirloin" steak was either not sirloin or very badly cooked. Next night's cheaper meal was nicer though. €7.50 for a g&t?

The staff was very friendly and really helpful. She was able to give us some ideas on wear to eat and how to take the bus into town. The breakfast was good. They had pretty fast internet in the rooms. And parking was right on sight

Reasonably spacious and silent rooms with delicious breakfast included. A balcony, a seating area, and a writing desk — very useful...

With snow on the ground the hotel room was thankfully warm. The breakfast and the set evening meal were good. Staff were very attentive and had good language skills.
We found that parking was very limited and suited smaller cars only.

Our stay at Eagles Inn was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and stunning countryside to explore. The staff, especially Helen and the manager, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

The elegant and traditional Tyrolean dining rooms with their colourful glass panes and wooden inlays were like stepping into a fairytale. The free access to lake Lansersee was a refreshing treat, allowing me to cool off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's former hunting lodge was truly a masterpiece of Tyrolean craftsmanship, making every corner a delight to explore. The complimentary guided hikes offered by the hotel allowed me to fully immerse myself in the stunning hiking trails nearby. The free use of public transport between Innsbruck and Igls made it incredibly convenient to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The featured amenities, such as complimentary newspapers, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box, added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. The complimentary wireless Internet access and ski storage were great additions for those looking to stay connected and hit the slopes. The recreational amenities, including a sauna, provided the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant and coffee shop/café were both fantastic options for a delicious meal or a quick snack. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's homemade spirits and the warmth of the Swiss stone pine used in the wooden panelling.
Limited parking and awkward access.

The view was nice, from the one of the two rooms we booked that actually had a view, because the other room overlooked at someone's kitchen! The staff were polite but, in the end, unhelpful.
We booked two executive double rooms on the basis of internet pictures that showed rooms with modern furnishings etc. We got one 'executive' (I.E. larger and with a view), and one normal room (quite small with no view), both shabby and old (not just old-fashioned, which I wouldn't mind). Obviously we felt cheated and complained at the reception. We were told that due to a mistake of someone at the bookings, the second room was indeed not an executive one and that we could discuss the price the next day. The next day there was another receptionist who told us more or less that we had gotten two rooms at a very good price and what did we expect at such a price? (The price was admittedly good but we would have happily paid a higher one for better rooms; the choice should be the customer'S. A good price doesn't entitle a hotel to lie to you!)
